Please be at our location at least 1 hour before the scheduled time for your procedure.
Please contact your surgeon's office. They will inform you of your surgery time.
Please bring your ID, Insurance cards, a copy of your current medications, and health history.

If the patient is a minor, the legal guardian must remain on site. If you are 18 years of age or older, your ride may leave as long as they are available via phone.
If it is after hours, please leave a message for us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a medical question, please contact your surgeon.
No, we do not have a dispensing license from the State Board of Pharmacy.
We can accommodate many languages through an interpreter or the language line. You are always welcome to bring a family member, friend, etc. to assist.
Our office hours are from 6am - 4:30pm. However, if you are scheduled for an early surgery, Summit will accommodate.
If you are having sedation, you may NOT drive yourself home. You must have a responsible adult to take you home.
Please contact our pre-admission nurse at (775) 674-5200. Depending on your procedure NPO times vary. Otherwise 8 hours NPO is a good rule of thumb.
There is no cafeteria on campus, but there are restaurants nearby.
